Loft conversion and extension in Fairlands
Close to our own base in Fairlands, this was a substantial whole house project that combined a new loft conversion with a single storey rear extension. We built up the roof to add a smart new dormer bedroom, extended the ground floor for more living space, and redecorated throughout with fresh plaster, new flooring and new carpets.
Being just around the corner meant we were on site quickly and often, keeping a close eye on every detail. It shows how loft and extension work can be combined to add real, usable space to a family home.
